Coppa Nocissima
Ingredients per person:
2 scoops of Gelato alla Noce
1 scoop of Gelato al Cioccolato al Latte
Orange cream with cardamom:
1dl of orange juice
18g of rice flour
¼ Tbsp of cardamom, freshly powdered
63g of low-fat curd cheese
23g of orange honey
½ dl of full cream pinch of clove powder
¼ of grated orange peel
¼ of filleted orange

Preparation:
For the orange cream with cardamom – mix the rice flour with some cold orange juice, bring the remaining orange juice to boil, stir the mixed rice flour and powdered cardamom into the boiled orange juice, simmer gently for 5 minutes, then refrigerate. Loosely fold in the curd cheese, the whipped cream, the honey and the grated orange peel. Put the orange cream for at least 1 hour into the fridge.
Then place two scoops of orange cream on each plate (using an ice-cream dipper), add 2 scoops of Giolito Gelato alla Noce and 1 scoop of Giolito Gelato al Cioccolato al Latte. The dessert can still be decorated as desired.
